The value isn't in question, and you are talking about something that you know nothing about! I am selling the farm and 100% of the proceeds are going to my mom. She and my dad worked hard to get where they did. I picked up the slack when my dad could no longer do the things that he used to do. For 15 months while we watched him dying of pancreatic cancer I did what needed to be done on the farm. We kept him at home until he passed away. Mom and I took care of him for months when he could no longer take care of himself. We drained liters of fluid out of his belly each day. Watching him throw up 40 or more times a day even though he hadn't eaten for weeks, So, don't you dare assume to think you know anything about me or my family. I didn't need this guy coming on to my property and tile without asking. We have worked hard to find a buyer that is willing to pay decent money so my mom has something to live comfortably. People need to quit making him out to be a hero.
