Do you think one of your neighbors might know who actually did the tiling?  The machine operator is what I'm trying to say.  He would know who is paying him for the job and what he was instructed to do.  I'm just going by the relationship we have with the guys who do our tiling, and they would be more than happy to help figure out what is going on.  Try calling a close-by neighbor and see what you can find out, even if it's only the color of the truck that hauled the machine in or the color/make of the vehicles in the area while it was being tiled.  Time for a little detective work on your part!  Good luck!
