Subject: RE: field tiling laws?

Sorry for the confusion. His property is on higher ground. I don't know what the blue pipe that is sticking out of the ground does, still trying to figure that one out. When I know what the system does I will be in a better position to make an educated decision whether it is a benefit or not. The farmer is not an easy person to track down. Phone calls have not been returned. Left name& number and short message. I have now found out where he lives, so that is the next thing to try. I also talked to a distant relative of his, she said to just keep trying. She also asked why he would spend all that money on our property. Good question, most people wouldn't spend money on something that didn't benefit them, and maybe he didn't ask because he didn't think I would OK it. Which leads me back to the question, does it benefit or harm. I hope that it doesn't come to needing a lawyer. Again, just wanting to understand what he did. Thanks for the contact information.
