May never come to it and I hope it dont. I'm sure they would get her social security and pension first but idk if that would be enough. I don't want taxpayers to pay for any thing of ours so u can get off that horse right now. I'm asking for estate planning advice from someone that has been through this..that's all.
you should of asked that in orginal post. I mentioned seeing a lawy.
