| No no no! He just wants to keep the house for himself to sell later. Which is somehow different according to most of the other comments? I guess if there's some sentimental value it's off limits, even if you're just going to sell it anyway. Because.....reasons.
Imagine if a city dweller came on here and said, "I have very fond memories of my parents' 401k. They were very proud of it. Growing up we never went on vacations or spent money frivolously. Mom and dad scrimped and saved to build it up over the years, and it's all they have left. Is it so wrong for me to want to keep that?" | |
