| i understand bob, i realize how many here have worked hard to get what they have and then they go into a nursing home and watch everything get spent on care which to me seems too be the problem here. how these homes can charge what they do seems to be the real problem, i can not understand how they can charge $6000+ per month on taking care of a person that is pretty much just sitting there or in bed 70-80% of the time. Bob i feel your frustration, i was fortunate i guess you can say as both my parents passed away quite quickly and did not need to go to the home so i did not experience the ordeal of putting a loved one in a home and watch the finances get drained and i admire you and your family to pay their own way. good luck in the new year Bob
