| I think the first problem and the first person to convince is your mom, i have gone through this and did fix everything up for my dad in case this would happen, i know in this state if you are living with the person and taking care of them they will not take the home but will take all there income they have money saved social security, im guessing the only safe way is to sale your home and move in with her and take care of her you can not transfer it or anything now they can come back on you if you try this. | |
