Eastern Washington | I’ve been very flexible in the past, if a guy likes to leave at 4 during the slower seasons or anytime there isn’t pressing work going on I’m all for it. Usually 50 hr weeks unless spraying or harvest it can be 60-80 but those are short lived. Harvest is the worst but it takes us 3-4 weeks and going to take sundays off this year. Spraying is busy but the wind usually blows every day except Saturday and Sunday so we have to work when it’s nice weather but I always tell a guy to go home on the days the winds blowing or it rains. The flip side is you have to show up most days to see what the weathers gonna do even if just for an hr or two.
