Subject: RE: Employees...Asset or PITA

Eastern Washington
The required job hasn’t changed just the description. I had it entered with a salary of 40-60k but what it didn’t say is I’m fine with salary or hourly. I work hard and expect my help to do the same, however when the wind blows or your kids got a game and things are slow....go home! I would help a guy with some ground or his own to farm if I knew I had a rockstar employee and someone who had been with me for a few to 5 years but that’s hard to put in an indeed ad.
The reason I wanted someone with spraying experience was to hit the ground running but I would train someone if they had lots of other great qualifications. I realize finding someone that has everything posted in the original ad was not realistic but I wanted to find at least some of the skill sets as people tend to exaggerate their skills on resumes. Shoot for the moon, settle for less.
