That would be great pay in my area as there are not very many $20-30 per hour jobs period.....Plus a pickup with gas,harvest bonus, spraying bonus-etc..I don't know of very many farmers paying those wages around here..We do have a cheaper cost of living than lots of areas..
About how many hours per year would your employee have to work?
