Eastern Washington | This is why I asked for perspective, I only know from the limited employee experience I have had (1guy for 3.5 years who was ok but not great and guy #2 that was good till I caught him drinking on the job last week.... in a nutshell pay more and ask for less work. Or at least explain that a lot of days are 7-8 he days 5 days a week. Some of these bullet points were copied and pasted from other farms adds and just sounded good to me. I will definitely edit the add. Like you say someone is better than no one...most of the time | |
