Kettle River, MN | If you have ask the question "Employees...Asset or PITA" it's a reflection on your ability to be a good employer.
Employees are only as good as your management skills are.
As the other guys on here stated the most effective employees are going to be the ones you train yourself. It's not easy finding the right guys but even if they're not perfect hone your management skills when training them.
What I find ironic is a lot of employers fail to realize that really good employees don't like poorly run operations and most of the time when a good employee leaves they lack the self awareness to see the problem. | |
