SE SD | Regarding the comments about whether to put acreage numbers like 5k or 25k in the ad...I think the bigger the better when looking for help. The kind of guy you're looking for isn't concerned with your bottom line, assets, liabilities, etc. He wants X per hour for himself and big numbers about his employer to brag about.
One time there was a steering wheel jockey for a big custom farming outfit hitting on my wife. He asked how many acres her husband farmed and when she told him he laughed saying "he" "farms" 30,000 acres. This is the kind of guy you need. | |
