NW IN | Maybe he wasn't the most diplomatic, but is there not some truth?
What I read in the ad was someone looking for an employee who's value in other industries is easily $100k (or more) if they had all those skills, but he wants to pay them $40-60k.
At 3500 hours per year, that's $17 an hour at the $60k level. Does anyone seriously think they'll find and keep an employee with the credentials the OP is looking for, for $17 an hour????
Might be time for a cold dose of reality in agriculture. | |
