I don’t disagree with most of those statements. I felt when i started this process that 40-60k was a decent salary but I’m starting to question if it is. What are other farmers paying for a quality helper/right hand man? Perks? It probably varies by location but we have moderate cost of living. Nice new rental home for $1000-$1100 a month
