Madison Co. Virginia | My first thought is target your job toward out-of-work dairymen; young guys who've just lost the dream of a dairy career.
Second thought, are folks getting scared off by statements like "5000 acre farm"? My initial reaction on hearing that was; this is stuck way back in the boonies, no civilization, no shopping, no restaurants, no life. Can you put the setting in a little more positive light, such as pointing out how close a larger city is?
