In between the peeing contests, I noticd someone mention LED fill lights. They are an absolute must on the back. Also consider AIR operated side dumps that can be run from the cab, with level lights in the cab as well. Our old tanker had them and we miss them. The side dumps are quicker and safer because you reduce the need for backing up and can take away the need to have one guy standing there guiding trucks to the porta-tank.

here is a pic of our '09 Freightliner 2000US gal tanker. Unfortunately we don't have and aren't getting a rescue, so it needs to haul a lot of equipment as well. Wish it was a tandem and closer to 3000gal, but we really like it.
