so you took a 5000 gallon tank designed to haul 5000 gallons of jet fuel @ 6.75#/gall and now haul 5000 gallons of 8.78#/gal water ? how do you scale the extra 10050 lbs.?

i doubt you welded in baffles to that jet fuel soaked aluminum tank ? nfpa has a spec and it aint that...

did you use the gov chassis? are they still max speed of 45mph?

if there is ever accident , you get done notifying the family , you will be just in time for the commercial vehicle inspector to set that down on the scale ...but you saved a $100k...
