Central Illinois | I see that you already know everything about fire fighting, but in our neck of the woods, some of the small towns are lucky to have twp pr three volunteer fireMEN in town for a call. One town has trained several women how to drive the tanker to the fire and help out. And although you are probably great at shifting some old 5 and 4 tranny, a lot of the younger guys don't have a clue on shifting.
But hey, if you are good for waiting for a fire department with experienced men, and don't mind waiting another 30 minutes, go for it. | |
