These threads can kinda blow up with negativity for a person let’s it.
As others have said here, you seem to be a well balanced person and looking to learn, and are sorting out the different responses into positive moving forward ideas.
Good for you, I think you will do well! You show a lot of traits that make for a good boss - flexibility and willing to listen.
