You took a lot of abuse here and handled it well. If you handle yourelf that way with employees, you'd be good to work for. I think you may need to look at where you are advertising. Also, giving them a little piece of their own ground to farm may attract a candidate. Would they have the opportunity to work in as a partner or take over some day?
