Clark, SD | I would say for what you have listed the pay needs to be higher, especially with all the requirements. Around here you can go find a job that pays that where the work is 8-5 without weekends. On another note your requirements could be scaring people away. Most of your requirements can be taught on the job vs them knowing it all previously. For example a chemical app license is easy to get and can be something you work with them on. Also chemical application is not rocket science, mixing may be a little difficult but you can make cheat sheets for that as well. The last thing I will say is that requiring knowledge of GPS systems wouldn't be too important. From the add its looks like you are targeting someone younger who would be able to pick up the systems pretty easy. All in all I would say you'd be better off looking for someone younger who is willing to learn and can be accountable. | |
