Frytown, Iowa | My opinion only. Who in their right mind wants to work those hours and those days for someone else? You have narrowed the potential employees down to 18-24 yr old single guys with no experience. No family guy would dare take a job like that.
Right now you have no employee. I think SOMEone would be better than NO one.
Responsible family guys want to work 40-50 hours a week with weekends off for their house and family, they don’t need to be there 7 days a week 14 hours a day no matter what’s going on. They are there to make things happen, not slave their whole life away for yours.
Figure out how to have that pay with those hours and you will get the help you need.
