SW Minnesota | Those are two more things I have found over the years:
1) Commercial value of NP&K is about 4-1.5 times the hauling costs depending on how far you have to haul it to make use of it. And you don't have the option of just applying it, you have to get the manure tested for NP&K. I usually run out and I have to buy some to match up the manure.
2) I know around 2002 not all lenders considered a partially paid for hog barn a plus to your financial statement. | |
