very little return with futures and 7.50 corn and 450 beanmeal,and 60 dollar pigs. been the hoop building route,200 pigs at even a 15$ profit doesn't pay alot of bills.and while hoops are cheap other equipement is needed(manure spreader skid loader,something or someone to bale bedding)the biggest obstacles for me were market access,and a reliable source of pigs.
