What condition do you think the land is in? I used to do the service work his sprayers and saw (and smelled) some of the stuff that they ran thru them, fish guts, calcium, sugar and lord only knows what else. Not sure what these products were supposed to do for the soil or crops but it sure smelled bad and made the sprayers nasty to work on.
