Staggering contracts, more than one landlord, knowing what your costs are & what your income will be....
Put it all together & make it work out.
What happened,w hy the land is available, doesn't matter.
We need to put things together looking forward & make those plans work for us.
Any contract ends when the contract does, so any of the land you rent can go away at the ending date of your contracts. That needs to be a part of your business sense.
