Beresford SD | Steve, there are three in this area pulling out because of rumored finance problems, the one you are alluding to, another one from Tripp area and another one from Marcus ,IA area.
I looked at 440 acres by Vermilion and I have some of the same concerns you spoke off. One if it is a one year deal in respect to previous fertility and then going forward with respect to fertility. It is likely there were financial constraints leading up to this where P&K would have been put on and very limited if any amount. It is amazing some of the "experts" that responded and could not figure that out. | |
