Subject: BTO crash and burns

A local BTO ( 25K + acres) in my area ( SE SD) is going out of business. He cannot get the funding to farm this year (also has problems with US dept of Justice) , now the landlords are scurring around trying to find renters for their ground. These are the same people who would not give the smaller farmer the time of day cause they were uptown bragging about the $200 + rent they were getting from this BTO. My question is should I bid on some of this ground and hopefully get to farm it for along time or don't mess with it because as soon as the landlords get a bigger offer I'll get an eviction notice. TIA
