Can you be more specific like a town or a last name. I have a friend who owns and rents out several hundred acres up there. His tenant runs about that many acres and I think his tenant has some problems with the government. Government payments going to family members or something like that. My friend would be a great landlord to deal with. I work with him here in Indiana some years.
