I guess I am just sloppy in my approach or something but if I have to shave numbers so close that a soil test makes a difference in renting it or not, it is too close to call for me and I try not to do deals that are that close. Just call me timid I guess.

If I had to wait for a soil test to come back, if the ground was anything desirable it could be rented to ten other people before the test got back.

I don't mean to be facetious Ed, but it seems like sometimes people trip over dollars to pick up pennies.
