I think it is a legit ?. Plowboy must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Generally land lords that rent to BTO are the bleed you for every last dollar type. So is it worth picking up 3000 of the acres and then buy another planter or way bigger one another combine and then the next year all the landlords find some other BTO. Or have those landlords that have been burned by the BTO see the light and take 10-20 less per acre and have good fertility and get paid every year. I think that is a great ? 8230
