NW IL, Mercer County | I would shadow him for a day and have him show you how he does things. Maybe you could point out some things he could do differently to speed things up, but be damn sure you tell him the things hes doing well.
I would take someone slow and methodical over someone fast and rammy. I had one of those that could haul 5 loads of corn to the E plant in a day when I could only get 4. I drove 60 on the highway. No way he was driving anywhere close to the speed limit. | |
