Farm employee question. How would you handle it?

This is an option. Do you have to babysit him, or can he function on his own?

I would rather have someone take their time and do things right. It could be much worse, like breaking stuff causing downtime, not doing stuff right(have to redo) causing downtime, not showing up causing downtime, and so on.

I worked for another farm in high school, they complained to others that I was slow servicing equipment and slow when it came to the odd jobs I was unfamiliar with. Well guess what, I would get the service done correctly and not break stuff(not hurt cattle) compared to other employees.

When it comes to mechanical, I take my time, always have, always will. I can usually fix most breakdowns in less time than a service call could.
