Panhandle of Ne. | A lot of good responses have been made. Is it possible that your son is an over achiever and so very well organized that if an employee can’t keep up with him that makes that employ slow? This is not a put down of your son. I’ve been around about every kind of farm employee you can imagine and some of them just had one speed but always seemed to get the job done correctly and the bottom line is that’s what counts.
I’ve got one I’ll trade you. Have to call him to wake him in the morning, is on his phone way too much but is knowledgeable and does a decent job when he gets started. I wish we could find the perfect helper but that hasn’t happened in 55 plus years so I’m guessing it’ll never happen.
Good luck | |
