NE NEBRASKA | Sounds like the cook I once employed at my old restaurant years ago. I had hired a kid who had grown up on a farm but went to culinary school. He wanted a evening job for part time employment while he helped out his sick dad on the farm. He could only cook one ticket at a time while I could do 5 multitasking. His dad even complained his son was slow helping on the farm too. Eventually his dad died and the farm was sold. I don't know what ever happened to that kid.
