Wallis, TX | I had an employee like that years ago. Got 3/4 as many acres done as I did. Was constantly checking the equipment, looking at this or that, but, he RARELY messed anything up.
Presently had to part ways with a hard worker, just couldn’t pay for all stuff he was messing up. Basically he was a hazard to himself and those around him.
Not an answer to your question, but I think the guy who doesn’t break things is the better alternative in the long run. Or, like already posted, put him in the 18 wheeler. | |
