| I am a lot slower than I used to be. It is painful to move quickly. It also takes longer for my eyes to focus on things. I have learned to double check as I often am not seeing what I think I am.
In my case I will never get faster and will probably get slower.
One other possibility. My boss often complains I am to slow doing things. What she doesn't realize is I am often helping the other guys. If I am he first one there I tie my load down. Second guy gets there I help him as 2 can do it in 1/4 the time.
I was thinking about a situation that was similar. The boss always likes the one guy because he gets the job done fast, but he loses part of the load often. She complains the other guy takes to long but he has never lost anything.
In the end which one is faster. The guy who takes an extra hour and a half but one never has o buy lost cargo or deal with upset customers. Or the guy who gets it done an hour and a half quicker but then the boss gets to spend an a hour and a half straitening out the mistakes. | |
