Sounds like you are used to dealing with employees, but here are my thoughts are a couple of things.Does fellow have confidence or trying so hard to do things right that he is getting bogged down? ? Have you worked with him to find out his strengths and weaknesses? Maybe cattle isn’t his thing? I guess off the top my first thought is if somebody isn’t busting stuff up or unreliable than I would have hope that you just have to find right mix where he fits in. I have found that anybody that wants to work generally has talents that you have to figure out and sometimes you find how they fit into your operation or wish them well and they will fit in somewhere else. Finding people that really want to work is the big issue today.
