near dyersville iowa | i used to work dhia. had to be at a dairy farmers place for milking time. Its interesting the differences in the way the worked. Some worked fast. Some did the same thing twice because they did it too fast the first time. Some worked slow. and only did things once. Both got their stuff done. I guess if you really wanted to motivate this guy, pay him by the day, and give him a list of things to do. goes home when its done. he can make 5 bucks an hour or 50, kind of up to him at that point. | |
