I don't know if they will rent it right back to the BTO that offers a couple of bucks more. Never had experience with those type of landlords. All I would try to do is work real hard on getting a long term contract at a decent price. Explain why you need long term. Fertility and equipment are big investments. Offer up some referals on how you pay your rent on time.
