I don't know about the others, but mine does not "automatically adjust". The doctor fine tunes the pressures to get the right settings. Mine is wireless and the doctor can change the settings from his office. The machine sends a "log" nightly that records breathing and alerts to any abnormalities, such as if I stop breathing.
That said, I haven't stopped breathing since I went on the bipap machine about 3 years ago. Before that I woke up choking at least twice a week, and that scared the hell out of my wife, and didn't do me any good, either.


My CPAP works the same way. My overnight BOC is much better with it than it was without.
