IL. | I've been on one for over 10 yrs. maybe even longer, would not take a nap without it, wasn't real hard to get used to for me, I did have trouble with the humidifier could not keep the hose clear of water, took it off and don;t use it get by fine , I keep a bottle of water on my bed stand for leg craps and dry mouth from time to time, did have trouble when my sinus' would choke up solved that by putting some metholiptis (spelling?) in my nose before I put head set on and didn't take long for the air to push it up into my sinus' and clear them out, like I said I can't sleep with out it, I used to quit breathing and snore like a freight train, now both the wife and I get a decent nights sleep, it did take trying several face mask till I found one I liked , it just covers my nose and works for me
