East Central SD | I think the one I like the most is mostly movement based. Last night I was at 98% and I don't think I moved for 6 hours. They also use your pulse to measure resting heart rate. There are a couple different apps. Nothing very scientific but kind of interesting to watch. Based off what I know I would use a watch for my initial sleep study. Using the app I use anything in the low 90's or lower and I would then do a professional sleep study. Sleep studies are a huge rip off but to my knowledge you can't even get a cpap without one. | |
