Northern Wyoming | I've been using mine since 1995. I never had to get used to the mask-I knew the next day it was helping me. Like John Burns, I like the Dreamwear head gear way better than mask. A leak with a mask is blowing into my eyes and Dreamwear it is way less and around my nose and mouth.
You asked about other things. I Had UPPP (Uvula Pharangial Plato Plasty) surgery and it didn't help at all except snoring. But a hephew of mine didn't get relief with CPAP and had the UPPP which worked for him and does not need the CPAP. Listen to your Doctor. | |
