I think it's probably the same kind of thing donkey posted. Sometimes my nose will feel like a chunk of desert when I wake up. I suspect this is probably from me having my mouth open and the CPAP just rushing air through. I have just the nasal mask. Anyway, the saline spray just helps take the cactus feel out of my shnozzle. I got it from Amazon.
