There is alot of information that you will need to sift through. All experts have a bias to what they have learned. Whatever you do will be better than what you are doing. Changing eating habits are hard to do it's a case of mind over matter . Good luck your family is counting on you.

I'm not a fan of drugs . Doc wanted to put my wife on cholesterol pills even though her level was good. Doc said it was precautionary.

It's your life do what is best for you.
