Seriously read the label on what you consume,those Arizona teas are very much high fructose corn syrup,not regular corn syrup.It does your body poorly.Similarly with any diet drinks being very poor for your health.Find a nice tea,boil some water and make your own ,put in a mason jar in the fridge,pour some in your tin Yetti cup and take with you,cost is a few pennies,add a tiny bit of sweetner if you must.I was once hooked on them and their sugary finish.
