I think the problem is sugar. And no on the drinking what you are. I would sure look at what Jon Burns post before you go on meds and see if you can get better with a different diet. I eat more protein and less sugar and bread than what I use to. Lost 22lbs and feel better. Will get blood drown when I do my annual physical first of August.

But you need to do your own research. I'm not a doctor nor pretend to be one. But the average diet of people today is atrocious.
