SW WI | About 10 years ago I would consistently run 2-3 miles a day. Life changed as far as time available but did so off and on. Last summer thought I would try to be consistent, again. I don’t really know what happened but my ab muscles to groin just hurt tremendously after a couple weeks. Gave it time to rest but all fall if I had a need to run ( think cows out) pain would reappear. So just have stuck to elliptical and some body wt workouts. But need to be consistent on that also.
It’s amazing how little a person really needs to eat. Sure we can keep telling ourselves we work hard but it’s not like farmers of yesteryear....not many fat farmers pitching hay, corn or manure. | |
